"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. True health starts with the gut, for it is here that we absorb the building blocks of life. When we nourish our bodies with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods, we lay the foundation for vitality, balance, and a strong immune system."

I have been fortunate to work in clinical practice for the last 8 years specialising in thyroid health and gut health, but as whole health care works I have a broad range of experience in health from autoimmune conditions to chronic and acute gut imbalances, skin conditions and now I find myself most interested and specialising in burnout, nervous system dysregulation, reproductive and stress hormone imbalances and fertility.

It has been incredibly valuable to read blood results and functional testing (hormone, gut, food allergy for example) to work alongside traditional means of healing, which is something I incorporate in my work.

My holistic approach to healing considers the whole person—mind, body, and soul—to promote optimal health and well-being. By integrating genetic profiling through Fitgenes with lifestyle and nutritional guidance, I aim to address each client's unique needs. This includes a strong emphasis on gut restoration, by incorporating the G.E.M.M. protocol (Genetics, Environment, Microbiome, and Metabolism), I focus on key areas such as gut restoration, recognizing its vital role in overall health. This comprehensive framework helps tailor personalized health plans that optimize digestion, support immune function, and enhance mental well-being. This approach nurtures all aspects of health, leading to a lasting positive change.

"The gut is the body's second brain, responsible for more than digestion alone. It produces neurotransmitters like serotonin, impacts our mood and energy levels, and regulates immune function. By nourishing our gut with whole, living foods, we can influence our mental clarity, emotional well-being, and physical vitality."
