The Collective is a group of sole traders that operate independantly, together. A symbiotic fusion of skilled professionals dedicated to their art.
We envision a future where it is easy for everyone to be able to work for themselves, charging what they want, working when they want, taking care of themselves while healing.
True sovereignty while remaining connected to other like-minded people.
We want to be a supportive container for this transition. Our aim is to provide a stress free and comfortable environment for both you and your clients.
It is our aim to create a community of healers who help each other to succeed. To pursue collaboration, rather than competition, and to learn from one another.
It can sometimes feel like a burden and a bit isolating to be a sole trader, wanting to just practice your craft but having to deal with the marketing and business side of things, set up costs, signage, decisions about cancellation policies even how to charge. We seek to help you with this, to form a team, and a community within this space to grow together.

No, you get 100% of what you earn. You can charge what you want, work when you want and see as many or few clients a day that you desire.
You are a totally autonomous and sovereign part of the team.

Yes, you pay a full day or half daily rate.

Yes, we also offer room rental for those that want to practise independantly.
